Honored Artist of Russia Igor Vladimirovich Rekhin (born March 25, 1941 in Tambov) is a Russian composer. Honored Artist of Russia (1999), member of the Union of Composers of Russia, member of the World Association of Guitarists. He began his professional education at the State Institute named after Gnessin in Moscow in the class of Aram Khachaturian, and then with Vladimir Tsytovich and Alexander Pena-Chernov at the Leningrad Conservatory, from which he graduated in 1968. He has been living in Moscow since 1968. In 1970, he was admitted to the USSR Union of Composers. In 1973, he completed postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (scientific supervisor – T.L. Berkman). From 1970 to 1977, he taught the history of foreign music, polyphony, and harmony arrangements at the same university. He was engaged in teaching, concert activities, wrote articles and reviews of concerts (collaborated with newspapers and magazines Izvestia, Musical Life, Soviet Music, etc.), made music programs on the All-Union Radio and the Mayak radio station. He has written more than 100 reviews and articles on musical culture, which have been published over the years in Russia and other countries. Since 1979, he has concentrated on composing. Rekhin is the author of more than 100 works written in various genres.

Mike Dunham grew up in the Yukon-Kuskokwim region and has lived in Anchorage since 1967. Before retiring this year, he was an award-winning radio and newspaper reporter. This year he received the Alaska Press Club's First Amendment Award. His books, "The Man Who Sold Alaska" and "The Man Who Bought Alaska" came out in March.
Terry debuted the pieces by George Belden, Alan Schmitz, Karl Pasch, and Mike Dunham in Anchorage, Alaska shortly after each one was composed. Augustine's Artists debuted the piece by Elliot Weisgarber in 1990 during the series in Anchorage. Terry debuted Igor Rekhin's pieces in 1994 in Moscow, Russia with pianist Viktor Bunin.
